Loviisassa toimii yksi kaksikielinen kansalaisopisto
Loviisan kansalaisopisto – Lovisa medborgarinstitut is a bilingual institution of liberal adult education offering also basic education in art. The scope of the centre’s education is approximately 11 500 hours per year and in addition to Loviisa the centre offers services in the contract municipalities of Lapinjärvi and Pyhtää.
