Physician’s and nurse’s appointments

If a named nurse has been appointed to you

Primarily contact your named nurse in all health related matters, even in urgent ones. The best way to do this is by means of the service Klinik. By means of Klinik you can directly send a message to your named nurse. We try to answer contacts sent before 3 pm during the same weekday. Contacts sent later than this we answer during the following weekday. In case you are unable to use the online service, you can also call your named nurse on weekdays between 9 am and 9.30 am as well as between 12.30 am and 1 am until the 5th of February 2023. From the 6th of February 2023 you can call your named nurse on weekdays between 9 am and 10 am.

Health counselling for travellers

Are you planning a trip abroad?

Good counsel and adequate preventive actions are important to all travellers. If you suspect that your vaccination protection needs an upgrade, contact the public health nurse in time (at least two months before the trip)!
