The summer in Loviisa 2025 is filled with inviting events

Maritime Loviisa is a hidden gem and a fascinating summer attraction. In Loviisa summer events are organized on a large scale this summer, from music festivals to musicals and sailing events. The summer season is opened with the fast tempo sports event Sarvilahti Marathon on June 1^st and culminates towards the end of August with the Night of Art on August 22^nd and the event Historical Houses of Loviisa on August 30^th–31^st 2025.

Loviisa Open Gardens on June 14^th–15^th opens the gates to charming gardens in various parts of Loviisa. The festival Saltfest, arranged on July 31^st–August 3^rd brings again a passionately curated serving of music and art at Laivasilta and the church of Loviisa. Among the background crew of the festival can be spotted in addition to cultural actives of Loviisa also DJ Bunuel, grand old man of the Finnish club scene. Night of the Arts Loviisa, which is arranged for the first time, invites you to enjoy art and transforms the largest and most beautiful park in the city, the Kappelinpuisto park, into a magical fairy tale forest.
